There are a lot of reasons we practice law, and they all have names.

Each of our clients comes to us struggling to live with the physical, emotional, and financial fallout of an injury caused by someone else’s carelessness. They face life-long physical problems, the inability to work again, and thousands or millions of dollars in medical and other bills. They’ve tried fixing the problems themselves, but they can’t do it alone. Our job is to create the best possible outcome for them in a system that downplays their problems and tries to make them the bad-guys.

The truth is, we live in a David v. Goliath world.

But like David, the injured person has a stone . . . the law is David’s stone. And the Goliath’s of the world know it.

They create doubt about the law and the legal system to stop us from using it to defend ourselves and assert our rights. After all, if we don’t use the legal system, they doesn’t even have to show up for the fight. They can simply walk away untouched.
