Mark Taylor
Mark earned his J.D. in 2006 from the S.J. Quinney School of Law at the University of Utah and has been a member of the Utah State Bar since that time.
After law school, Mark first worked for Garretson Resolution Group as their lead attorney on private healthcare lien resolution. It was rewarding, but ultimately he wanted to work more directly with clients who needed his help, which is what brought him to Siegfried & Jensen. The greatest pleasure Mark gets from his work here is the ability to help people who would otherwise be treated unfairly. He feels quite strongly that plaintiff attorneys are the “good guys” — helping those who truly need it in order to be treated fairly.
Mark has had articles appear in various legal publications including, the American Association for Justice’s Trial and the Consumer Attorneys of California’s Forum. He has also been a contributing author to AAJ/Thompson West’s Treatise, Negotiating and Settling Tort Cases on the specifics of ERISA healthcare reimbursement.
In his non-working life, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, and his friends.
