NED SIEGFRIED: Determining what a case is worth is not quite as easy as determining whether or not you have a case. Determining what a case is worth is really predicated in large part upon the specifics of who you are, what you do recreationally, what you do career wise, has to do with the severity of your injuries, the permanency of your injuries; has to do whether or not you've suffered a loss of earning capacity; has to do whether or not your injuries are visible.

In evaluating and trying to determine what the value of any case is, you have to be able to look at that individual, look at the injuries, look at the amount of money that has been expended to treat those injuries, how much money will it cost to deal with and treat those injuries on an ongoing basis.
