Motorcycle Accidents In Utah

More than 25 people lose their lives in tragic accidents on Interstate 15 each year. The sad truth is that motorcycle accident victims account for over 15% of fatalities each year across our state. This is a substantial amount, considering that they make up less than 1% of all vehicles on the roadway.

When victims lose their lives tragically in motorcycle accidents, surviving spouses and children are often left to bear the costs related to funeral and medical expenses. In some cases, the victim is the breadwinner of the family. Losing a loved one is tragic in itself, but it can result in financial devastation for families who lose the income provider for the family.

In many instances, surviving family members are able to contact a Utah wrongful death attorney to file a lawsuit against the responsible party. Although these lawsuits are unable to bring back those who victims lose so tragically, they can help to provide compensation to families to take care of financial burdens incurred as a result of the incident.

Our Utah accident injury attorneys from Siegfried & Jensen have over 30-years of experience helping victims across our state get the maximum amount of compensation for their claims.
