Accidents Caused By Impaired Drivers
Impaired driving is the cause of over 40% of accidents across Utah. Unfortunately, accidents caused by individuals driving under the influence are often preventable if people stay out of their vehicles while impaired. Unfortunately, many drivers make the negligent decision to get behind the wheel of their vehicles, leaving the lives of their passengers and other drivers at risk.
Whether it is a passenger or another driver on the road, victims of accidents caused by impaired drivers are able to recover compensation by filing a personal injury lawsuit against the impaired driver.
