Injuries And Wrongful Death In Utah Car Accidents
Accidents in Utah can cause serious and life-threatening injuries to those involved. Unfortunately, there are also instances where victims sustain fatal injuries. In cases where individuals sustain fatal injuries, surviving family members are able to file wrongful death lawsuits against the at-fault drivers to obtain remuneration for some of the resulting damages.
Although compensation cannot replace the lives of those lost, it can help to alleviate some of the financial burdens caused by the accident, such as medical expenses, funeral expenses, and lost wages. Attorneys at Siegfried & Jensen have helped accident victims and surviving family members obtain compensation for their injuries for over 30-years. Our experience and knowledge of personal injury law in Utah has enabled us to collect over $850 million in damages for over 35,000 victims.
