Nephi, UT (April 4, 2019) – On March 31, Utah Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a fatal collision on State Route 32 just before 4 p.m.
According to UHP officers, a motorcycle driven by 37-year-old Armand Jay Allred crossed into the opposite lane of traffic when he was struck head-on by a Ford F-350. Allred was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident.
