Motorcycle Fatalities In Utah

Each year, there are over 1,100 motorcycle accidents in Utah.  These accidents result in more than 1,000 injuries and over 40 deaths. Unfortunately, victims involved in motorcycle accidents are nearly 10-times more likely to die in their accidents than those involving any other type of vehicle.

Surviving family members of motorcyclists killed in motor vehicle accidents are often left to deal with funeral expenses resulting from the incident. Fortunately, there may be legal options that help alleviate the financial burdens they face.
