Ogden, UT – One Man Killed and One Injured in Storage Unit FireUtah Legal News
Ogden, UT (February 24, 2019) – Around 12:44 p.m. on Saturday, one person was pronounced dead and another was left with injuries in a storage unit fire. The Ogden Fire Department was officially called out to the storage unit located in the area of 2924 Pennsylvania Avenue.
When firefighters arrived, they claimed that most of the fire was out but some was still actively burning. Firefighters worked to put out the remainder of the fire, which is when they discovered two men inside the storage unit.
One man was immediately transported to the hospital where he has been listed in critical condition, and another man was tragically pronounced dead due to his trauma. Neither have been identified by police as of yet.
The investigation into the fire is ongoing at this time.
