Pedestrian-Auto Accidents In Utah
Thousands of pedestrian-involved automobile accidents occur across the United States every year. Although crosswalks are designated areas for pedestrians, it is imperative for pedestrians and drivers to be aware of their surroundings in these areas.
Taking your eye off the road for a split second can have very serious and life-altering consequences. The fact that pedestrians often travel without any protective gear makes them especially vulnerable against motor vehicles. These accidents often result in serious and life-threatening injuries for victims.
Fortunately, Utah courts allow individuals injured by negligent drivers to obtain compensation for their injuries and damages. Working with an experienced personal injury attorney will ensure you recover the maximum amount of compensation for your injuries.
