The accident, which occurred in the right shoulder, happened on the eastbound side of I-80 near 2300 East and caused significant delays in traffic. Police crews worked diligently to clear the scene of the crash as first responders provided medical treatment to those injured.

No information has been reporting regarding the number of parties injured or the extent of their injuries, but no more than two vehicles are currently believed to have been involved.
