Salt Lake City, UT (April 1, 2019) – Around 4 p.m. on March 31, Salt Lake City Police Department responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident.

The incident occurred on 2100 South near 900 East. According to police, a juvenile was crossing the roadway in an area outside of the crosswalk when he was struck by a motor vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was unable to see the victim prior to the collision.
