Salt Lake City, UT (March 11, 2019) – On Sunday morning, Salt Lake City Fire crews responded to a call just after 11:00 a.m. regarding a fire at the Motel 6 located at 1990 West North Temple. Upon arrival, fire crews discovered a man inside one of the rooms unconscious.
First responders forced their way inside the motel room through the window to assist the man. Crews worked diligently to extinguish the fire and provide medical attention to the unconscious man. He was transported to the University Hospital in critical condition.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
