Injured by a Drunk Driver in Salt Lake City
Almost a quarter of all car accidents that take place in Utah are the result of someone driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Innocent people are exposed daily to a greater risk of life-altering injuries that are caused by the careless and negligent acts of drivers who disregard Utah’s law and make the choice to get behind the wheel of a car while they are impaired.
People who knowingly and willingly operate a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and alcohol place other drivers in danger of sustaining catastrophic or sometimes even fatal injuries. Fortunately, anyone who has been injured by an impaired driver should be able to collect financial compensation for the injuries and other damages that they have sustained as a result of their accident.
The car accident attorneys at Siegfried & Jensen have years of personal injury experience in helping Utah residents receive compensation for their damages when they have been involved in an accident with a drunk driver or a driver who was negligent in any way.
