Salt Lake County Car Accidents

On Saturday afternoons, most people who are out and about are running errands or looking to do something fun after a hard work week. Unfortunately, an unexpected car accident will be an unwelcome interruption to the weekend for some Utah motorists. Drivers who are careless or negligent behind the wheel put their fellow drivers in harm’s way and increase everyone’s risk of sustaining severe and life-threatening injuries.

People who are wrongfully injured in car accidents are able to hold the negligent driver legally responsible for his or her careless behavior. Utah car accident laws enable accident victims to file personal injury lawsuits against negligent drivers in order to receive financial compensation for their injuries and for other losses as well.

If you or someone you love has been injured in a car accident in Utah, and you were not the negligent party, then please call the law offices of Siegfried & Jensen at (801) 845-9000 as soon as possible for your free consultation.
