Salt Lake, UT – Fatal Pedestrian Accident on 3300 South Takes One LifeUtah Legal News
Salt Lake, UT (March 10, 2019) – Early yesterday morning, March 10th, police responded to a fatal pedestrian accident that took place on 3300 South and took one man’s life. The accident happened around 5:29 a.m. when the man was struck by two vehicles.
South Salt Lake Police responded to the accident at 3300 South 136 West to find that a pedestrian and vehicle collided. The man had been walking on the roadway a few minutes before the vehicle came through and struck him.
One driver struck and killed the man, and then another came through the area and struck him as well. Both drivers stayed at the scene of the accident to cooperate with police.
The man has only been identified as a pedestrian in his 30s or 40s. No other information has been released concerning the party at this time.
The road was closed in the area for some time. Police continue to investigate at this time.
