Snowy roadways can be extremely dangerous, as it often makes it more difficult for drivers to stop in emergencies. This can cause accidents when they lose control of their vehicles, and driving at high speeds can make this situation even worse.
Individuals involved in car accidents are at risk of enduring serious and life-threatening injuries. In instances where passengers or other drivers are injured, they can file a lawsuit to recover compensation for their injuries and damages sustained in the accident.
