Spanish Fork, UT – Woman Killed in Multi-Car Crash on US-6 and S 2550 EUtah Legal News
Spanish Fork, UT (June 30, 2019) – A woman was killed in a car involving multiple vehicles and a motorcycle on Monday, June 24th. Spanish Fork police officials were at the scene of the crash around 7:44 p.m. at the intersection of US-6 AD S. 2550 East.
Officials claim that a man driving a Nissan Pathfinder east on US-6 a Porsche that was waiting to turn at a light on Spanish Fork Pkwy. When the Nissan ran into the car, it caused it to strike a motorcycle in front of it with two passengers, a man and woman.
The Nissan continued through the intersection after the collision, also striking a Hyundai.
It is believed that the driver of the Nissan suffered a medical condition before the multiple collisions.
The 54-year-old female passenger of the Porsche sustained fatal injuries from the incident and was later pronounced dead after being taken to a local hospital. The driver of the Porsche and the two passengers on the motorcycle were taken to medical facilities for treatment.
The crash is currently under investigation at this time.
