St. George, UT – Crash On Red Hills Parkway Near Dixie Sugarloaf Results In Injuries

St. George, UT (March 25, 2019) – On Sunday, March 24, St. George Police and emergency personnel responded to the scene of a crash on Red Hills Parkway just east of the Dixie Sugarloaf.

The accident occurred around 7:45 p.m. involving a black Mitsubishi passenger car and a silver BMW. According to police, the BMW was traveling east on the parkway in the outside lane when it was sideswiped by a Mitsubishi, which was also traveling eastbound down the road.

The driver of the Mitsubishi was speeding and failed to negotiate a curve, which resulted in the incident. Witnesses reported the vehicle to be traveling more than 100-MPH at the time of the collision.  Thankfully, no one suffered life-threatening injuries in this accident.
