St. George, UT – Winter Crash On I-15 Causes InjuriesUtah Legal News
St. George, UT (February 18, 2019) – Around 6:45 p.m. on Sunday, Utah Highway Patrol responded to a two-vehicle accident on I-15 in Washington County, one of multiple which occurred on the Interstate this weekend.
According to UHP trooper Mike Murphy, a vehicle was traveling down I-15 at the time a second accident occurred. The car attempted to slow down as they approached the accident, but the vehicle following immediately behind them hit their brakes too late. They were unable to slow down in time, causing a rear-end accident. Speeding has been determined to have played a role in this incident.
