Sunset, UT (April 8, 2019) – Around 3 p.m. on April 8, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident in the area of 1300 North 498 West.

According to reports, a 17-year-old male was crossing the train tracks at the intersection when he was struck by a FrontRunner train. The pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident.
