Taylorsville, UT (June 7, 2019) – Sources have reported that an SUV carrying 7 passengers was involved in an accident with another vehicle. The crash took place at the intersection of 2700 West and 6200 South on Wednesday, June 5th.

Witnesses say that the SUV ran a red light near Bennion Junior High School.

Three individuals in the SUV were injured, including two children and one adult who were taken to a local hospital. One child and the adult were reported to be in critical condition while the other child was in serious condition. The four other passengers did not require medical treatment.

The passengers in the other vehicle were uninjured.

The case is still under investigation.
