Utah County, UT (March 5, 2019) – Utah Department of Public Safety reported an accident on Tuesday involving a tractor and another vehicle.

According to the Department, a man driving a John Deere 520 farm tractor was traveling west on State Route 147 just before noon on Tuesday. While driving, he slumped over the steering wheel, reportedly suffering some type of health problem. The tractor veered to the left into oncoming traffic.

The John Deere tractor struck a Ford Taurus in the left lane head-on. The tractor driver was administered CPR on the scene but later died at a local hospital. The driver of the Ford sustained minor injuries.
