Washington City, UT (April 5, 2019) – On April 4, emergency personnel were dispatched to a multi-vehicle collision on Green Springs Drive.
The incident occurred when a GMC Denali pickup truck traveling south on Green Springs Drive careened through the intersection at Telegraph and collided with two other vehicles head-on before crashing into a traffic light pole.
The driver of the GMC Denali was transported to Dixie Regional Medical Center by ambulance for treatment to unknown injuries. No other parties to the incident were injured.
