Washington County, UT (March 12, 2019) – Late Monday evening, Utah Highway Patrol and emergency responders reported to the scene of an accident at the Utah-Arizona Border in St. George.
According to police, around 9:22 p.m., a woman driving a recreational vehicle was rear-ended by a male driving a silver passenger car.
The RV was traveling slowly in the number two lane when the speeding vehicle struck her from behind. The silver car sustained heavy front-end damage and was towed from the scene. St. George Fire Department worked to clear the wreckage from the scene. A female passenger in the silver car was transported to the hospital in serious condition. No one else involved was injured.
