Weber County, UT (March 17, 2019) – Local police responded to a call of a traffic accident on Interstate 15 shortly before 2:00 this afternoon, Sunday, March 17.

The accident occurred near mile marker 338 and affected motorists who were headed in the direction of State Route 97. The disabled vehicles were able to be moved off to the shoulder of the interstate in order to allow traffic to get by while an investigation into the collision was carried out by Weber County police officers.

The names and condition of those involved have not yet been released as this investigation into the cause of this accident is still underway.
