West Valley City, UT (March 19, 2019) – Just before 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, police and rescue crews reported to the scene of a collision near 2700 South.

Though no official number has been given, police believe that no more than two vehicles were involved. The collision occurred on Bangerter Highway, near Parkway Boulevard. At least one person in this accident received medical attention for injuries sustained in the crash.

The cause of the incident remains under investigation. Crews worked diligently to clear debris from the roadway and restore the flow of traffic from this incident.
