Clint, Heather and Amy are fantastic! When we first discussed our case with Clint, he listened carefully and we could tell he had a lot of experience with these cases. He was attentive, friendly and outlined a plan on the very first day. We actually became somewhat hopeful in that first meeting after 3 discouraging years trying to deal with the insurance company on our own. Heather is incredibly organized and efficient. She took our stack of claims and paperwork and had everything organized in just days. We loved being able to text and receive quick responses any time we needed. She worked so hard organizing our case report with documents and photos and made it so easy for us to stay informed. Heather is awesome. At the end Amy did great work negotiating the settlement payouts. Everyone knows exacltly what they're doing and they are so experienced and efficient. Our case was settled in just a few months!

My parents were in a car accident by an uninsured motorist running a red light. My mother was hurt the worst suffering a fracture in her C2 of her neck, five broken ribs and a collapsed lung. After spending two days in the Intensive Care Unit, 12 days in the regular hospital, the bills were mounting. Concerned we decided to contact Siegfried and Jensen. The representative assured our family that they would fight for our mother's rights while she concentrated on healing. Siegfried and Jensen from that day on never let our family down, keeping track of my mother's progress until she was healed. This company is everything they say they are and more.
